1. Receiving Your PADI eLearning Email

After you sign up for your course with us, you will receive a PADI eLearning email within 2 working days.

This email comes directly from PADI and includes:

  • A link to access your course
  • Instructions to log in or create your PADI account

Tip: If you don’t see the email, please check your junk/spam folder as automated emails sometimes end up there.

2. Creating Your PADI Account

You can access your eLearning either on a computer (via the website) or on your phone/tablet (via the PADI App).

Option A: On a Computer

  1. Go to: www.padi.com
  2. Click Log In (top right)
  3. Choose Create Account
  4. Enter your details using the same email address your eLearning was sent to
  5. Create a password and complete registration

Option B: Using the PADI App

  1. Download the PADI App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  2. Open the app and tap Log In
  3. Select Create Account
  4. Register using your email address and not that of a friend or family member!

Using the same email is essential so your course links automatically to your account.

3. Accessing Your PADI eLearning Course

Once logged in, finding your course is easy.

On the PADI Website:

  1. Log in to your account at www.padi.com
  2. Click on your profile
  3. Select My Library or eLearning

On the PADI App:

  1. Open the app and log in
  2. Tap Library at the bottom of the screen
  3. Your course will appear there ready to start

Your course will show the course name (e.g. Open Water Diver, Advanced Open Water, Enriched Air Nitrox, etc.) and your progress as you complete each section.

4. Completing Your eLearning

  • Work through each knowledge section in order
  • Watch the videos, read the content, and complete the knowledge checks
  • Take your time — you can stop and restart at any point
  • Your progress is saved automatically

We strongly recommend completing all eLearning before your first practical session so you get the most from your time in the water.
