How to load a photo to your PADI account

🖥️ Loading Your Photo Through The PADI Website

Go to: https://apps.padi.com/scuba-diver-profile/
(or visit padi.com → sign in → click your profile icon → My Account / My PADI).

Sign in using the same email linked to your PADI account.

Once logged in, go to “Profile” or “My Account.”

Click “Upload Photo” (or “Change Photo”) next to your profile image.

Select a clear head-and-shoulders photo (like a passport photo).

Format: JPG or PNG

Size: under 2 MB

Face must be clearly visible (no mask, hat, or sunglasses).

Click Save or Upload.

📱 If You’re Loading Your Photo Using the PADI App

Open the PADI App on your phone.

Tap your profile icon in the bottom menu.

Tap Edit Profile or Change Photo.

Choose a photo from your camera roll or take a new one.

Adjust the crop and then tap ‘Save’.

✅ Tips

  • Use a neutral background and good lighting.
  • If you’re replacing a photo for a replacement card, you may need to request it via your dive centre or through PADI.com Replacement Cards.
