Scuba Diving in Silfra
Sorry this trip is now full. Get in touch if you would like us to quote on a different trip to Silfra.
Welcome to Silfra, an otherworldly dive site within Iceland’s Thingvellir National Park, renowned for its pristine waters and geological significance. Fed by glacial meltwater filtered through volcanic rocks, Silfra boasts astonishing visibility of up to 100 meters (328 feet), revealing a vibrant underwater world of colorful formations.
This fissure offers more than just a scenic dive; it’s a journey through geological time, marking the meeting point of the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced diver, Silfra’s gentle currents and clarity make it accessible to all skill levels.
In this briefing, we’ll explore the essentials of diving in Silfra, covering logistics and gear to ensure a safe and unforgettable experience. Get ready to embark on a unique adventure into the enchanting depths of Silfra, Iceland.
Whale Watching Reykjavík
Join us for an unforgettable Whale Watching experience from Reykjavik. Encounter Iceland’s diverse bird life and a myriad of sea creatures, including minke whales, humpbacks, harbour porpoises, and white-beaked dolphins. Expert guides provide fascinating insights into marine life, while hands-on activities and educational displays offer a unique learning experience.

Northern Lights
Prepare to witness one of nature’s most breathtaking spectacles: the Northern Lights, or Aurora Borealis, in Iceland. Nestled beneath the Arctic Circle, Iceland offers an ideal vantage point to behold this celestial dance of light and color.
The Northern Lights, a result of solar particles colliding with Earth’s atmosphere, paint the sky with vibrant hues of green, purple, and red. Iceland’s remote and pristine landscapes provide optimal conditions for viewing this mesmerizing phenomenon, away from light pollution and amidst the tranquility of nature.
February is often the month that offers the greatest chance of seeing them, sadly we have to rely on Mother Nature to do her bit when we are there!
