The two dive sites that make Grand Cayman so famous are:
1. The Kittewake wreck
The wreck itself is a decommissioned submarine rescue ship, it would accompany submarines during sea trials and maneuvers. The depth of the wreck is great for people to venture into first-time wreck diving and also for more-experienced dives to conduct very long dives. It sits at 20m and has some points reaching just 5m below the surface. Due to the clear water and bright sun, itâs very easy to get a colorful, nicely exposed picture of the wreck in all its glory.2. Stingray City
Stingray City is located off the coast, itâs very shallow at only 4m or so, and itâs home to around 50 stingrays that range in sizes up to six feet in width. You can spend plenty of time there watching the rays moving in front of you, and even petting them.
