Main Deck:

This beautiful wooden crafted boat has 10 cabins located over 3 decks, catering for a maximum of 20 guests. Local dive guides can pick the best dive sites for all levels of divers for the 3 dives per day. Carpe Diem is 35m long and benefits from:

Intinerary

7-night Classic Route

Atolls: North Male – Rasdhoo – Ari – Vaavu – South Male
Saturday: Male. Guests board vessel around 1 pm or 3 pm; welcome briefing, documents; check out dive. Sunday: North Male 1 dive; Rasdhoo 2 dives. Approximately 3 hr crossing from North Male to Rasdhoo. Nights spent anchored. Monday-Tuesday: Ari, 3 dives. Night anchored Wednesday: Ari, 2 dives and cross to Vaavu for night dive. Thursday: Vaavu, 2 dives and cross to South Male 1 dive. Friday: South Male 2 dives maximum depending on guest flight schedules and the 24 hour requirement before flying and return to Male. Saturday: Depart the vessel latest by 8 am. Due to the necessity of readying the vessel for our next cruise, we must strictly enforce this early departure.

10-night Classic Route

Atolls: North Male – Lhaviyani – Noonu – Raa – Baa – Rasdhoo – Ari – South Male Saturday: Male. Guests board vessel around 3 pm; welcome briefing, documents; check out dive. Sunday: North Male, 3 dives; Approximately 6 to 7 hr crossing from North Male to Lhaviyani after last dive. Night spent anchored. Monday: Lhaviyani 3 dives, Night spent anchored Tuesday: Lhaviyani 1 dive, cross to Noonu 2 dives. After last dive crossing Raa Atoll 3hrs. Night spent anchored. Wednesday: Raa 2 dives, cross to Baa atoll 1 dives. Cross Rasdhoo (N.Ari) 5hrs. Night spent anchored. Thursday: 3 Dives north ari . Night spent anchored Friday: 1 dive N.Ari, 2 dives S.Ari. Night Spent anchored Saturday: whaleshark day. Night spent anchored Sunday: South Ari 1 dives; cross to Vaavu, 2 dives vaavu, cross south male 2hrs. Monday: South Male, 2 dives maximum depending on guest flight schedules and the 24 hour requirement before flying. Tuesday: Depart the vessel latest by 8 am. South Shark Itinerary 10-14 nights

Atolls: North Male – South Male – (South Ari) – Vaavu – Meemu – Thaa – Laamu – Huvadhoo – Foammulah – Gan

Cost Includes

  • Transfers: Pickup and drop-off services from the airport, making travel to and from the vessel hassle-free.
  • Welcome Drink: A refreshing beverage upon arrival to kick off the adventure in style.
  • Accommodation: 7 or 10 nights' stay aboard the modern Carpe Diem yacht, offering comfortable cabins and luxurious suites.
  • Meals: All meals, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, ensuring guests are well-fed and energized throughout their journey.
  • Beverages: Unlimited drinking water, coffee, and tea to keep guests hydrated and refreshed.
  • Beach BBQ: Weather and government permitting, guests can enjoy a memorable beach barbecue experience.
  • Diving Activities: Daily diving expeditions (excluding arrival and departure days), led by professional English-speaking dive guides. This includes 3 dives per day and the opportunity for 1 or 2 night dives, depending on the length of stay and weather conditions.
  • Diving Equipment: Provision of essential diving equipment, including Nitrox and normal air tanks, SMB (Surface Marker Buoy) per diving couple/buddy team, reef hooks, weights, and belts.
  • Taxes and Service Charges: T-GST (Tourism Goods and Services Tax) at 16% and a 10% service charge are included in the package price.
