Fitness level
You should be in a relatively good level of fitness as there are some currents on most dives. Guides and crew on the boat tend to be very helpful so are always happy to assist you in and out of the water.

Best Season
The Red Sea is all year destination but the best times are October to December for Oceanic White Tip sharks, Manta Rays in Spring and Summer for hammerheads.
Meals
A buffet style meal is served and offers a selection of European and Arabian style meals. Vegetarians are catered for and special diets and allergy’s can also be looked after.
Language
The guides speak English and most of the crew speak some English or the international sign of hand gestures and smiles.
